hiraethe+notes: Oh yes, this batch will contain notes because I'm not heading to work and pressed for time. As with all icon batches, you can usually tell what characters I adore, but also you can also tell what art inspires me because I will use art over and over if I particularly like that picture - *see Relm, there are a few really great art pieces that I LOVE THE MOST OF HER! and one of them I have made various icons of here, each with a bit of a difference. (And yes, Relm is my favorite character in VI, along with Setzer.)
